4 ways you can have better sex

Whether we like to admit it or not, sex is a very important part of a romantic relationship. During sex, we have a chance to show our partner how much we love and care for him. Not every sexual experience, however, is going to be great. Sometimes sex just doesn't go the way you want it to. Instead of getting frustrated, you should discover ways to improve your sex life. Here are four ways you can have better sex.

    Learn to love your body

If you want to have good sex, you have to be comfortable with your body. If you're self-conscious, you're just not going to have an enjoyable time in bed. Instead of focusing on the parts you want to change, think about what you love about your body and focus on that in the bedroom.

Be honest about your needs with your partner

It's important to be honest with your partner about whats your needs are in the bedroom. For example, if you hate the position your significant other loves, don't be afraid to tell him that. If you just keep your mouth shut because you don't want to hurt his feelings, your sex life won't improve. Trust me, your boyfriend will appreciate your honesty.

Don't be afraid to try new things

The best way to avoid getting bored in the bedroom is to try new things. Try different positions, consider role playing and spend more time figuring out what works best for your body. Instead of doing quickies, spend a couple of hours in the bedroom so that you have more time to learn what makes you feel good.

    Avoid getting distracted during sex

When you are having sex, it's important to stay in the moment and avoid getting distracted by other thoughts. Allowing your mind to wander on what you need to do later or how you're going finish that project for work on time can really ruin the experience.

Sex won't always be perfect, but following these tips can make it a whole lot better for you.
