For 15 years, Lynda anchored broadcast television before leaving the news business, after she "fell in love with the art of rummaging through other people's stuff." Lynda started a web site for garage sale enthusiasts: GarageSaleGal.com. She also writes a weekly column for The Arizona Republic on garage sales, running every Friday statewide. She also has a new book, "The Garage Sale Gal's Guide to Making Money Off Your Stuff."

On today's show "Auction Kings" star Paul Brown, along with GMA's Lara Spencer, shared tips for discovering great finds when visiting yard sales. Now, it's time to throw your own yard sale!

Lynda says summer is a popular and perfect time to have a yard sale! With kids being off school and everyone hanging around the house... why not de-clutter your home and make money from it?
