Sixteen-year-old stutterer Phillip Garber joins Anderson to detail his experience at a local community college, where he was told by his professor to keep quiet during class -- to avoid disturbing the other students.
In this clip from Tuesday's "Anderson," Phillip is joined by his friends, a group called "Our Time," which is dedicated to helping kids who stutter.
