It's admirable that you are so willing to help those around you, but this Mother Theresa phase isn't good for you in the long run. You must switch back some focus on your own problems or issues. There are some neglected areas of your life that could use some TLC, and that is especially true for an older relative who really misses the sound of your voice. Stop saving the world and start showing your loved ones that you value them in your life.
You could get a break from your many obligations and have time to catch up on old projects. Try to be thoughtful and caring to a friend who might need a shoulder to lean on. You may be a little distant from your love partner while you're busy thinking about the practical side of life.
