If your friends are in need or feeling mixed up right now, try not to get too sucked into their dramas. It's important to be there for them when they need you, but their problems are not your problems -- remember that. It's okay to remove yourself from their intimate issues (in fact it's healthy) and look at the people in your life in a much more impersonal point of view. Just because you love them doesn't mean they are perfect. They're human; they make mistakes -- just like you.
Don't let your mind get to you today. Feelings of being threatened and frightened will soon pass. Take short trips if you're traveling. Having a partner to fill the void is not in your favor today.
