If you spend part of your day solving puzzles, watching a foreign film (without reading the subtitles), or even just listening to music from another culture, your mind will stay pleasantly buzzed.
The best thing for you to do today is to avoid people. This day might bring out your worst traits of stubbornness, impatience and moodiness. Take a drive to the mountains or an open stretch of land, stopping along the way to enjoy the views. It may calm your mind and reenergize yourself for tomorrow, which should be a more favorable day.
