Hold off making any major travel plans today. It's fine to narrow down your options or even finalize your itinerary, but you should definitely not sign any paperwork or make any deposits. There is a high degree of uncertainty with one element of your trip -- and some information will soon come to light that will cause you to make some modifications. Don't forget to take some time to organize your life well enough so that it can go on without you while you're traveling.
Make sure you immediately set up some time in your calendar for a mini-retreat for yourself -- thirty minutes in nature to de-stress or a quick cup of tea at the local coffee shop will be fine. Whatever it is, avoid the crowds, and use the time to restore your energy in solitude. It's the end of the week, so it's especially important you take this time to unwind and refresh yourself for the weekend ahead.
