Powerful people do not always deserve the power they have -- your boss, teacher or even parent does not necessarily know better than you do. So today, if they are rejecting your excellent ideas and terrific suggestions, keep in mind that it might not be because your ideas are not solid. It might be because they simply don't understand them. You are thinking in a very innovative way. Other people can't really be blamed for not being able to keep up. It's up to you to communicate what you really want.
