The things that you usually look forward to in your day won't hold much excitement for you, today. It's not that you'll be bored with your routine, it's just that you're more curious about the things that you usually take for granted. There are people you see every day to whom you never say more than a few polite words, but they are just as interesting as you are -- why not stop and chat with them a little bit longer? The next time you see them, their smile will be more genuine.
Make sure you immediately set up some time in your calendar for a mini-retreat for yourself -- thirty minutes in nature to de-stress or a quick cup of tea at the local coffee shop will be fine. Whatever it is, avoid the crowds, and use the time to restore your energy in solitude. It's the end of the week, so it's especially important you take this time to unwind and refresh yourself for the weekend ahead.
