Start listening more closely to the advice your friends and family are giving you -- it's more complicated than you think, and a lot of what they are saying to you is in some sort of code. Be prepared to hear things that aren't exactly pleasant. But a lot of the time, the truth is unpleasant.
The best thing for you to do today is to avoid people. This day might bring out your worst traits of stubbornness, impatience and moodiness. Take a drive to the mountains or an open stretch of land, stopping along the way to enjoy the views. It may calm your mind and reenergize yourself for tomorrow, which should be a more favorable day.
