Start this day off assuming that your plans are not going to be followed completely. Let yourself off the hook. As long as you have a flexible attitude, then you won't spend the entire day feeling guilty that you aren't doing what you were supposed to be doing. If it's a day full of whims, then so be it. That is not such a bad thing.
