You can define 'culture' as whatever feeds your mind while also feeding your emotions in some way. The difference between highbrow and lowbrow is entirely arbitrary and subjective. Today, just make sure that you find a way to increase your understanding and enjoyment of your own particular way of life.

Enjoy the praise and flattery you receive from colleagues or coworkers for your devotion to finishing a long project. Reward yourself and clear your mind by taking a small weekend trip. Take this time think about your next course of action and what you want to accomplish in the coming year.
