Overview
Your outer self and inner self will not be in sync today, but you can overcome the disparity if you take things slowly. The good news is, you'll probably be looking fantastic. The bad news is, you probably won't be feeling fantastic. Give yourself extra time in the morning -- sleep in a little bit if you can -- and try to get challenging tasks out of the way as early as possible. Set aside the afternoon for relaxation, and give yourself time to get back to normal.
