At certain points today, you might feel as though you're struggling to keep your head above water, but don't lose hope. Maybe someone will extend a looming deadline, get an annoying bully off your back, or just make you laugh when you really need a good chuckle. The affect that the people around you have on your life is especially powerful today.
Make sure you immediately set up some time in your calendar for a mini-retreat for yourself -- thirty minutes in nature to de-stress or a quick cup of tea at the local coffee shop will be fine. Whatever it is, avoid the crowds, and use the time to restore your energy in solitude. It's the end of the week, so it's especially important you take this time to unwind and refresh yourself for the weekend ahead.
