There are personality shifts going on all around you right now, so get ready for some unpredictable (and potentially disappointing) behavior from some of your friends. The people who are always initiating new social plans are suddenly too busy to hang out, but you shouldn't let your insecurities tell you that they're avoiding you. While this phase lasts, you need to shift to your own life and your own adventures. You can't always rely on other people to provide fun.
Make sure you immediately set up some time in your calendar for a mini-retreat for yourself -- thirty minutes in nature to de-stress or a quick cup of tea at the local coffee shop will be fine. Whatever it is, avoid the crowds, and use the time to restore your energy in solitude. It's the end of the week, so it's especially important you take this time to unwind and refresh yourself for the weekend ahead.
