If you are not ready for a heavy commitment in love, life or business today, you need to be prepared to disappoint someone. You're not on the timetable they might want you to be on, but it is very important that you listen to your inner voice and do whatever you think is the right thing to do -- when it's the right time to do it. Paying attention to your internal clock is the best way to keep the right pace in you life, in terms of both today and the future.
Make sure you immediately set up some time in your calendar for a mini-retreat for yourself -- thirty minutes in nature to de-stress or a quick cup of tea at the local coffee shop will be fine. Whatever it is, avoid the crowds, and use the time to restore your energy in solitude. It's the end of the week, so it's especially important you take this time to unwind and refresh yourself for the weekend ahead.
