No, for you, today, it will be all about the known, the familiar, and the comfortable. So don't do anything new if you don't feel like it (and you most probably will not). Friends might pressure you here or there, but for the most part people will be happy knowing that you are happy.
Don't let your mind get to you today. Feelings of being threatened and frightened will soon pass. Take short trips if you're traveling. Having a partner to fill the void is not in your favor today.
