It's one thing to be supportive of what your friends want out of life, but it's quite another to do all the work for them -- or to go off your own path in order to help them get farther down theirs. So today, make sure you act with your own benefits in mind -- you should be your top priority right now. Being a little selfish right now is totally okay.
Make sure you immediately set up some time in your calendar for a mini-retreat for yourself -- thirty minutes in nature to de-stress or a quick cup of tea at the local coffee shop will be fine. Whatever it is, avoid the crowds, and use the time to restore your energy in solitude. It's the end of the week, so it's especially important you take this time to unwind and refresh yourself for the weekend ahead.
