They're not trying to hold you up on purpose, but they will be an obstacle you won't be able to work around. But this pause in the action will not prevent you from having a good day.
Today is not a good day for investments of any kind. You'll most likely find it hard to communicate and relate to others. However, it's a great time to stimulate your mind. Read a good book or take out your chess set. Staying low-key will leave little room for upsets.
