And when they are, remember to leave them behind -- bygones should be left as bygones. Do not try to get back into a touchy conversation with someone right when they are finally calm again. There will be plenty of time to get those last few comments off your chest -- just don't try to do it today. Things could start up all over again, and you don't want that.
The best thing for you to do today is to avoid people. This day might bring out your worst traits of stubbornness, impatience and moodiness. Take a drive to the mountains or an open stretch of land, stopping along the way to enjoy the views. It may calm your mind and reenergize yourself for tomorrow, which should be a more favorable day.
