Try not to do much today -- you've got to take care of yourself first and foremost. You can tell that there's a big shift coming that will favor you, but you've got to ride out this slow patch.
You normally don't go out of your way to socialize, but today is a positive one for social activities. Say YES to any and all invitations, and you'll have some enjoyable times. Travel is also favored, so things should go well today if you're on a business trip or taking a long weekend vacation. Work, however, might be stressful, so hold off on new projects.
