So when someone approaches you with a smirk and a not-so-subtle question about what you've got up your sleeve at the moment, don't feel obligated to let them in on your secret -- and make sure you know that's how you feel.
Make sure you immediately set up some time in your calendar for a mini-retreat for yourself -- thirty minutes in nature to de-stress or a quick cup of tea at the local coffee shop will be fine. Whatever it is, avoid the crowds, and use the time to restore your energy in solitude. It's the end of the week, so it's especially important you take this time to unwind and refresh yourself for the weekend ahead.
