As a kid did you have a security blanket? What color was it? Was it plaid, striped or flowered? How did it feel? How did it make you feel? You could rediscover a grown-up version of a security blanket. Whether it turns out to be your circle of friends, your family or your honey bunch (or some combination of them) who make you feel secure, you will see that you never really outgrow the need for emotional security. And that's a good thing.
Don't let your mind get to you today. Feelings of being threatened and frightened will soon pass. Take short trips if you're traveling. Having a partner to fill the void is not in your favor today.
