Approach friends, coworkers and family members and find out if they can help you get what you want -- a hot date, a new job, or maybe just an idea on where to go for dinner. Interacting with others (instead of going off and doing research on your own) will save you time and give you ideas you never would have been able to come up with on your own.
Don't let your mind get to you today. Feelings of being threatened and frightened will soon pass. Take short trips if you're traveling. Having a partner to fill the void is not in your favor today.
