Think about your favorite teacher and what made him or her your favorite. Was it the ability to get everyone involved? The fact that he or she really listened to you and always treated you fairly? Or was it just that this teacher found a way to make learning fun? Take time to identify that defining characteristic, and try to inject it into how you lead a group of people today. You will be surprised at how something that worked so well with you will work for others.
While the inanimate parts of your home may fall into some disrepair at this time, the living, breathing parts of your domestic life will continue to flourish. Maintain this high standing with some tenderness towards your garden and love towards your family.
