Today, you will wake up with a lot of energy. You'll probably want to hit the ground running! But to be safe, you should hold off until later in the day before charging full steam ahead. Conserve your energy and play this day out in a smart way. Be cool, calm and collected. If you just bust out of the gate, arms a-flailing, you could scare people with all that erratic energy. Other folks need time to prepare for your onslaught of eagerness, and you can afford to give it to them.
Make sure you immediately set up some time in your calendar for a mini-retreat for yourself -- thirty minutes in nature to de-stress or a quick cup of tea at the local coffee shop will be fine. Whatever it is, avoid the crowds, and use the time to restore your energy in solitude. It's the end of the week, so it's especially important you take this time to unwind and refresh yourself for the weekend ahead.
