It might feel like you're being told 'no' an awful lot lately, but what makes you think that you should be hearing 'yes,' anyway? You may need to deal with something that you don't want to deal with -- a teeny tiny failure in the self-discipline department! Cut back on the vices in your life. Sure, sometimes you need to escape the blahs of the world. But make sure the way you choose to do so is healthy! Accept the fact that you can't do whatever you want to do whenever you want to do it. It's called maturity.
