Waiting for other people to catch up with you is a total waste of time right now -- if they aren't already up to speed, then there is no point in getting involved with them. Move on without their input. Problems at work could be making you impatient with everyone, but don't let your professional woes leak into your private life. The people you care about don't deserve your grouchiness. Let them pull you out of your blue funk-- they're experts at it!
Make sure you immediately set up some time in your calendar for a mini-retreat for yourself -- thirty minutes in nature to de-stress or a quick cup of tea at the local coffee shop will be fine. Whatever it is, avoid the crowds, and use the time to restore your energy in solitude. It's the end of the week, so it's especially important you take this time to unwind and refresh yourself for the weekend ahead.
