And then others are far too critical, holding you to such a high standard that you can never feel empowered to attain it. From here on out, you should listen only to people who offer you both honesty and acceptance.
The best thing for you to do today is to avoid people. This day might bring out your worst traits of stubbornness, impatience and moodiness. Take a drive to the mountains or an open stretch of land, stopping along the way to enjoy the views. It may calm your mind and reenergize yourself for tomorrow, which should be a more favorable day.
