Overview
Be advised that you will need to put up an imaginary wall between you and the people who will be assessing or judging you today. You cannot, under any circumstances, let yourself take whatever they say (positive or negative) personally. The best way to keep from doing that is by putting up a protective wall. These folks are on a power high, but they are not experts. Turn off your emotions and just let what they say sink it. Process it later, on your own time, when you are alone.
