Don't be afraid to get involved in a heated debate today -- believe it or not, it will be fun! Now, don't go out looking for a fight. But don't shy away from a verbal disagreement, if you start to feel one coming on, either. Conflict is never comfortable, but it can often teach you something very interesting about yourself. You'll also learn a lot about your debate partner! Having fun isn't always about laughter and smiles. You can enjoy yourself even when you're verbally sparring.
Make sure you immediately set up some time in your calendar for a mini-retreat for yourself -- thirty minutes in nature to de-stress or a quick cup of tea at the local coffee shop will be fine. Whatever it is, avoid the crowds, and use the time to restore your energy in solitude. It's the end of the week, so it's especially important you take this time to unwind and refresh yourself for the weekend ahead.
