If you can, try to stay close to home -- work from home if you can. You need to be in a place where you can totally relax and feel free to be yourself, without having to put on a game face or kiss up to the big boss. If you just can't get away today, then at least schedule something within the next week.
The best thing for you to do today is to avoid people. This day might bring out your worst traits of stubbornness, impatience and moodiness. Take a drive to the mountains or an open stretch of land, stopping along the way to enjoy the views. It may calm your mind and reenergize yourself for tomorrow, which should be a more favorable day.
