When it's not -- maybe with your neurotic officemate who is an adult and should do their own caretaking -- don't give in to the urge to jump in and fix everything.
The best thing for you to do today is to avoid people. This day might bring out your worst traits of stubbornness, impatience and moodiness. Take a drive to the mountains or an open stretch of land, stopping along the way to enjoy the views. It may calm your mind and reenergize yourself for tomorrow, which should be a more favorable day.
