Overview
Try not to let this day go onward without any specific purpose. There is nothing wrong with taking a day as it comes, but right now your day needs to have at least one positive end goal. It can be as major as a new workout plan, or as minor as booking your next dental appointment. Just make sure you get something done! Being productive is important right now, and it will give you a subtle (yet significant) sense of accomplishment. This is not to be underappreciated.
