Overview
There's nothing wrong with debating with yourself in order to come to a firm conclusion about how you feel on a certain issue, but there's a problem with internal talk -- no one can hear you! It's much more helpful to get your ideas and concerns out in the open. When you unlock your feelings and thoughts from the vacuum that is your mind, you can quickly see what makes the most sense. You don't have to talk it out with an expert, either. Any interested bystander could be the sounding board you need.
