Just because you're not exactly up to date on what's going on with controversial issues doesn't mean that you don't have a right to an opinion. Education doesn't just come from books and schools. Being proven wrong isn't so bad, as long as you learn something in the process.
The best thing for you to do today is to avoid people. This day might bring out your worst traits of stubbornness, impatience and moodiness. Take a drive to the mountains or an open stretch of land, stopping along the way to enjoy the views. It may calm your mind and reenergize yourself for tomorrow, which should be a more favorable day.
