Overview

Not everyone is on the same timetable as you are, and you should not try to rush them to get to where you're at. It's not too hard to see what is holding them back, but just because you understand the problem doesn't mean you can solve it. This is their issue to deal with, so let them do so. The only way you can help speed things up is to show them what you know -- give them a hint or two about where they need to apply their energies. Then, let them know that you are there to help them, if they want you to.
