Preaching will not get you anywhere, except on their list of people to avoid. If they don't ask for help, just let them figure things out on their own.
Don't let your mind get to you today. Feelings of being threatened and frightened will soon pass. Take short trips if you're traveling. Having a partner to fill the void is not in your favor today.
