In a group situation today, encourage everyone to talk slower and listen carefully.
Overview
Blowing stuff out of proportion can be so fun. But as a regular exercise, it sucks (and really, it'll just wear you out in the long run). Resolve to take things less personally. Slow down before you respond to something.
