Overview
If you think about it, we're all given several types of 'parents.' The originals, of course, are the ones we're most strongly connected with, but teachers, mentors, friends and even our spouses and partners can also parent us from time to time. You'll be very glad for someone who's an unofficial parent now, not just because they love you, which is obvious, but because they'll be more than happy to help you with the thing you need the most -- which is the one thing you don't yet realize you need.
