Okay, so you're no duck -- and maybe you have no little babies. But there's definitely a sense that you have a greater responsibility over the people in your life right now. Keeping everyone in line may be exhausting, but it will be over soon. For today, just make sure everyone knows what they need to do and when they need to do it!
Don't let your mind get to you today. Feelings of being threatened and frightened will soon pass. Take short trips if you're traveling. Having a partner to fill the void is not in your favor today.
