Try ice water instead of wine ... a thrift store find instead of something right off the runway ... and go for a relaxing walk instead of an hour-long massage. All these little substitutions will make you appreciate the pampering all the more.
You could get a break from your many obligations and have time to catch up on old projects. Try to be thoughtful and caring to a friend who might need a shoulder to lean on. You may be a little distant from your love partner while you're busy thinking about the practical side of life.
