As everyone dishes, you may be surprised to find out that you know nothing about a somewhat startling situation in your social circle! Your insight and your thoughts on this unfolding drama will be very valuable. But do your best to contain this gossip -- if you find someone else who doesn't know, keep your lips sealed.
Make sure you immediately set up some time in your calendar for a mini-retreat for yourself -- thirty minutes in nature to de-stress or a quick cup of tea at the local coffee shop will be fine. Whatever it is, avoid the crowds, and use the time to restore your energy in solitude. It's the end of the week, so it's especially important you take this time to unwind and refresh yourself for the weekend ahead.
