You thought you totally understood your feelings about a recent encounter, but today confusion might swim up to the surface again. Having doubts about what happened is fine, but do not make any changes based on your doubts -- it's a waste of time. What's done is done, and if your feelings are starting to change, there's nothing you can do but accept it and keep moving forward. The impression you left is the one that will stay, and you don't have to apologize for it.
Make sure you immediately set up some time in your calendar for a mini-retreat for yourself -- thirty minutes in nature to de-stress or a quick cup of tea at the local coffee shop will be fine. Whatever it is, avoid the crowds, and use the time to restore your energy in solitude. It's the end of the week, so it's especially important you take this time to unwind and refresh yourself for the weekend ahead.
