Overview
If you are leading a group or working with others today, make sure that you listen to the ideas other people bring to the table. By doing so, you will earn the team's trust -- and they will be much more willing to listen to your ideas and suggestions, too. Make it clear that everything is still malleable, and nothing is black and white. Even people with the most dogmatic beliefs can be adaptable to new, different approaches. Set the tone for mature compromise.
