You need to get a bit of freshness into your life! To do this, start talking to new people. Get conversations going with total strangers. You'll meet someone who teaches you something and changes one of your opinions. There's an opportunity to expand your mind every day -- if you choose to open yourself up to it.
Make sure you immediately set up some time in your calendar for a mini-retreat for yourself -- thirty minutes in nature to de-stress or a quick cup of tea at the local coffee shop will be fine. Whatever it is, avoid the crowds, and use the time to restore your energy in solitude. It's the end of the week, so it's especially important you take this time to unwind and refresh yourself for the weekend ahead.
