Touchy, touchy, touchy! The people who are disagreeing with you today are not trying to be difficult, they're just trying to follow through on what they believe to be the right way of doing things. You owe it to them to be patient. They aren't trying to insult you. They just don't quite know how to express what they want to say in a way that isn't going to tick you off a little bit. Their clumsy articulation could come off as rude, but they're just not as good at communicating as you are. Cut them some slack.
