Aren't they in for a surprise when you let them know that you have your own plan, and are going to follow it? Be bold in asserting yourself today, and don't let anyone push you around. They are all bluster and no follow through. Chances are, once you stand up to them they will fade right way, apologizing as they back out of the room.
You could get a break from your many obligations and have time to catch up on old projects. Try to be thoughtful and caring to a friend who might need a shoulder to lean on. You may be a little distant from your love partner while you're busy thinking about the practical side of life.
