Having excitement in your life can get boring after a while, so get ahead of the curve by slowing down, today. Quit while you're ahead and remind yourself how nice it can be to stay at home and watch TV.
Make sure you immediately set up some time in your calendar for a mini-retreat for yourself -- thirty minutes in nature to de-stress or a quick cup of tea at the local coffee shop will be fine. Whatever it is, avoid the crowds, and use the time to restore your energy in solitude. It's the end of the week, so it's especially important you take this time to unwind and refresh yourself for the weekend ahead.
