Friends who have been there before are waiting for you to ask for help, and they have some wise advice you need to hear. Ask for what you need today. No negative assumptions will be made -- your reputation is stronger than you think! Expressing your needs won't make you needy. It will make you feel empowered.
Make sure you immediately set up some time in your calendar for a mini-retreat for yourself -- thirty minutes in nature to de-stress or a quick cup of tea at the local coffee shop will be fine. Whatever it is, avoid the crowds, and use the time to restore your energy in solitude. It's the end of the week, so it's especially important you take this time to unwind and refresh yourself for the weekend ahead.
